Survive & Thrive this Holiday Season with an Engaging ELA Digital Escape Room

ELA digital escape room to survive the holiday season

Do your students have the before-break-blues? Check out an ELA digital escape room that will have students embark on the ultimate classroom adventure!

Are your students…
✅ Asking “day one” questions
✅ Checking out quicker than usual
✅ Using their phones SO MUCH MORE
✅ Groaning about “actually doing stuff” (the AUDACITY)
✅ Itching for a movie day (maybe you are more so than them)
✅ Crawling towards the holiday break (again…maybe you are more than them)

If so, your students have the “before-break-blues.”

Don’t worry, it’s totally curable. What does the trick for my students?
1️⃣ Something FUN that does not feel like learning
2️⃣ Something digital to keep the phone itch at bay
3️⃣ Something collaborative because my kids LOVE to talk…about strictly off-topic things this time of year

So, what’s the cure? 🥁 DRUM ROLL PLEASE 🥁

An ELA digital escape room!

My 9th grade students were reading, analyzing, and collaborating in the MOST ENGAGED manner I had seen them do so to-date! On the Friday before break, they were begging to do more digital escape rooms upon our return.

What was I doing while they played the ELA digital escape room?
⭐ Watch my students love learning during the most checked out time of the year
⭐ Make core memories with my students as they self-guided their own learning experience
⭐ Feel accomplished knowing ALL my students learned with little prep required on my end
⭐ Relaxed knowing the ELA digital escape room is standards-aligned and benefits both students & teacher
⭐ Answer a few emails with peace of mind knowing that even my most reluctant learners were fully engaged

If you’re ready to cure your students’ before-break-blues, below, I share my top two recommendations for an engaging ELA digital escape room.
